Lead the creation and management of online content, supporting Logan City Council's ongoing objectives.Pioneer customer-centric digital initiatives to enhance user experience.Work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to uphold legislative requirements and deliver exceptional online services.Technical Expertise Website development and maintenance, with a focus on content management systems.Stay up-to-date with digital service and customer experience trends to drive innovative online initiatives.Effectively communicate complex information in a simplified manner, ensuring quality customer experiences in a digital service environment.Communication
