About You Key Responsibilities Digital Design Create visually appealing and innovative designs for websites, mobile applications, social media campaigns, and other digital assets.
Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand design requirements and develop concepts that align with brand guidelines and target audience.
Utilize industry-standard design software and tools to produce high-quality designs and prototypes.
User Experience (UX) Design Apply UX principles and best practices to create intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences.
Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and integrate insights into design decisions.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and optimal user interaction.
Creative Strategy Contribute to the development of creative strategies and campaigns that align with client's objectives and target audience.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative design solutions.
Client Collaboration Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, requirements, and feedback throughout the design process.
Present design concepts and prototypes to clients, incorporating their input and ensuring client satisfaction.
Build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their digital creative needs.
Quality Assurance Conduct thorough quality checks on design deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project requirements.
Stay up to date with design standards and best practices, ensuring designs are visually appealing and optimized for different devices and platforms.
General Adhere to compliance policies and procedures as outlined by Lucid Insights.
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to digital design and user experience.
Must-Have Capabilities (Skills, Knowledge, And Experience) Proven experience as a Digital Creative, UI/UX Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio highlighting exceptional digital design skills.
Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, or Figma.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for creating compelling digital experiences.
Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for staying ahead of design trends.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Bachelor's or master's degree in graphic design, Digital Design, or a related field.
Experience working with responsive design and familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, Java Script).
Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines for inclusive design.
Understanding of SEO principles and their impact on digital design.
