About Our Client Our client is a global Media agency specialising in events, digital products and publications. They currently own over 40 brands, and have offices in both Melbourne and Sydney. Their current focus is to grow and expand their digital department to better their digital footprint. Job Description Support the operations of the Digital Department. Navigate and utilise their WordPress and other CMS, troubleshooting issues and implementing new features. Assist in constructing customer service journeys on their websites, and assist building registration channels for their events. Collaborate with the Marketing team and other delivery teams on digital activations. Support regular reporting and analyse of digital marketing assets and products to find areas of improvement. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate should have roughly 2 + years of experience with an excellent understanding of the entire digital landscape including SEO, website management, events, web analytics and more. The candidate should also have: An understanding of WordPress, Google and CMS. Have worked on core ecommerce principles including analytics, social channels, CX and UX. A passion for digital innovation. Salesforce and EventAir experience is advantageous. What's on Offer Hybrid/flexible working arrangements.
