Job Description
Assist with web content updates, data reporting, and analytics reporting to support the digital team's goals. Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and escalate more complex problems to team members as needed. Handle digital project coordination tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking notes, minuting discussions, and distributing action items to relevant stakeholders. Perform regular maintenance and optimisation of digital platforms, including working with vendors to execute updates, patches, requests for information, and coordination efforts related to configuration. Assist in the preparation of committee papers, briefs, and responses to requests for advice and guidance from internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring content is in alignment with strategic objectives and digital best practices. The Successful Applicant
A successful Digital Coordinator should have:
Proficiency in using digital tools for content updates, reporting, and analytics. Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting digital tools and platforms. Ability to assist with content management and basic web publishing tasks. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com) and experience in maintaining project boards. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Strong communication skills and experience in taking meeting notes, minuting discussions, and managing follow-up actions. Experience in drafting clear, concise digital and technical advice and papers to provide input into recommendations to guide decision-making. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React). What's on Offer
