Our client is seeking a talented and passionate Digital Content/UX Writer to join the Strategic Content team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and user-centric content for the client's website. Working closely with UX & digital product managers and the broader digital team, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience through compelling and impactful content. Your ability to simplify and humanise complex information and distil what's important and relevant to the customer will be crucial in this role.
Consistency is key, and you will be responsible for maintaining a unified language and tone across different audiences and channels. Your keen eye for detail will come into play as you proofread content, ensuring that it is error-free and delivers high-quality results to our users.

Knowledge and skills Communications & copywriting
Creativity and enthusiasm to ensure engaging communication Familiarity with digital marketing principles Understanding of SEO Significant experience in developing customer content, in particular for digital assets like app, portal, and website. Understanding of multimedia content. Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills, as well as verbal communication skills. High-impact communication: Ability to communicate in a focused and compelling way that drives others' thoughts and actions. Proficient project management skills and ability to work through peer review and compliance processes. Solution mindset: Applying creative problem-solving techniques and championing a member-first approach. Familiarity with SEO principles and the ability to optimize copy for search engine visibility. Ability to work collaboratively with product, marketing, and design teams. Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage workload, processes, and priorities independently. Ability to turn complex into human and plain language Familiarity with behavioural science principles would be valuable, but not essential Collaboration and communication - ability to work with designers and marketers Education and experience Bachelor degree (or higher) in journalism, marketing, communications or equivalent. Experience within the superannuation industry, financial services or a heavily regulated industry.
