About the role: Our client, a leader in the superannuation space is currently looking for a Digital Content/UX Writer to join their Strategic Content team.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and user-centric content for the website.
Working closely with UX & digital product managers and the broader digital team, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience through compelling and impactful content.
Key Responsibilities: Creating and editing engaging and persuasive copy for various platforms Collaborating with UX and Digital product managers and producers to align content with user experience goals Staying updated on industry trends, contributing to content guidelines, and fostering a positive team culture Work with key stakeholders to ensure the member experience and ease of understanding is front of mind Develop strong, positive working relationships with the digital team, product, helpline and customer experience to develop engaging content Advocate for the customer experience and identify more efficient ways of operating Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure all communications meet brand guidelines, legal, compliance and technical requirements Ensure timely delivery of content and advocate for simplicity in all communications About you: Experience within the superannuation industry, financial services or a heavily regulated industry Minimum of 3-5 years of experience writing for digital platforms Proven track record of simplifying complex information and producing customer-centric content Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing principles Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills Excellent project management and communication skills Available to start ASAP!
