We value flexibility, this role can be performed at any of the AER offices located in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, or Sydney and are available on a full-time, part-time or job-share basis.

What you will do as the Digital Content StrategistDevelop and implement comprehensive digital content strategies tailored to support the AER's communication objectives and effectively engage online target audiences.Conduct regular content audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement, ensuring the digital content strategy adapts to remain relevant and impactful.Stay informed about political and industry trends to ensure digital content strategies are responsive to the external environment and align with current events.Provide expert advice on the creation, editing, and publishing of digital content across AER's online platforms, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.Contribute to content calendars to strategically co-ordinate the timing and rollout of digital content, ensuring alignment with the AER's strategic priorities and relevant political or industry developments.Offer strategic advice for the creation of speeches and editorials that are crucial to the AER, ensuring they are supported by an integrated communications and digital strategy that includes awareness of the political and industry landscape.Ensure all content is consistent with the AER's organisational messaging and strategic goals, maintaining a cohesive voice across all forms of communication.Play a central role in the redevelopment and enhancement of the AER website's content, making sure it supports strategic communication goals, meets user needs effectively, and reflects current political and industry conditions.About youIn order to succeed in the role, you will:
Demonstrate the ability to develop and implement tailored digital content strategies.Have proven leadership capabilities in managing cross-functional teams for content audits.Have excellent collaboration and communication skills for digital content across a range of platforms.Demonstrate organisational skills and proven ability to meet project timelines.Be highly skilled in enhancing website content.Be experienced in monitoring and analysing digital content performance.To find out more about us and the role, please read the Candidate Kit.
