Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, the Digital Content Producer is a proactive and high energy role working across all areas of the business to communicate strategic content internally, as well as raise the corporate profile externally.
This is a broad communications role that requires strategic communication capability to create content that is relevant to both internal and external audiences and stakeholders across various channels.
Creating and managing the delivery of highly engaging and targeted content in a complex health care environment is a priority of this position.
This position offers fantastic work-life flexibility via a hybrid working arrangement (2 days in Bowen Hills Head Office : 3 days working from home).

Things that work for us:
Tertiary qualification in Media Productions, Communications or a related field. Proficiency in using videography equipment and editing software. A minimum of two years' experience in a similar communications or Digital Content role. Advanced skills in video production, editing, and storytelling for digital platforms. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills - a real people person who is able to build positive relationships. Knowledge of social media, intranet and other digital channel management and best practice. Experience and skill with social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. Ability to write and edit content for various digital channels, ensuring consistency with brand voice, style, and tone. Ability to plan and coordinate content effectively, maintain audience engagement, and utilise content management systems. Ability to participate in and support education activities and contribute to the development of self and other team members. Ability to contribute towards effective risk management within the facility, particularly in compliance with Work Health & Safety legislation. Ability to pass a National Criminal History Check.
