Digital Content Manager

Team Global Express is looking for a Digital Content Manager who's ready to create and drive our digital content.
In this role, you'll be responsible for building our brand presence across key digital platforms helping us connect with our audience in fresh, creative ways.
You'll own our digital content strategy – building and managing content calendars, leading campaigns, and working closely with different teams to ensure we're telling our story in an authentic and impactful way.
What You'll Do Shape Our Digital Presence: Build and manage content calendars for social media and digital platforms.
Lead Employee Advocacy: Drive our LinkedIn employee advocacy program.
Create Engaging Content: Craft compelling content that boosts brand awareness and fosters audience connections.
Produce Dynamic Media: Source, create, and optimise videos and other content for various campaigns.
Analyse and Improve: Monitor digital reviews, track performance, and conduct competitor analysis.
Collaborate: Work with teams and agencies to ensure consistent and aligned content.

Qualifications and Skills Creative Copywriting: Strong skills in copywriting and content creation.
Social Media Savvy: Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Campaign Management: Skilled in managing content calendars and running successful social media campaigns.
Audience Engagement: Solid understanding of B2B and B2C audiences and how to engage them.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyse campaign results and optimise strategies.
Organised and Multitasking: Proactive, organised, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
