Join us in building a future where everyone has the support they need to live well.About the roleAs our Digital Content Strategy Lead, you'll be a key voice for the Summer Foundation's online presence.
Reporting to the Strategic Communications and Media Manager, you'll take ownership of our digital content strategy from ideation to execution across our website, social media, podcasts, and video content.
With a blend of creativity and strategic insight, you'll shape a consistent brand voice that resonates with our audience and amplifies our mission.Your role will be dynamic and hands-on, requiring a deep understanding of content strategy, social media, and analytics.
You'll work closely with internal teams to craft content that challenges perceptions, drives meaningful change, and establishes us as a thought leader in housing and support for people with disabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Innovation: Develop and implement a content strategy that enhances engagement, supports audience growth, and drives online presence.
Research and test new content formats and channels to maximize our impact.Content Creation & Visual Brand Management: Lead the creation of digital assets, podcasts, and video content.
Maintain high standards of quality and consistency with our brand.Social Media Engagement: Craft and schedule engaging social media content that aligns with our mission.
Monitor channels, respond to inquiries, and foster a strong digital community.Website Management: Oversee our website's redevelopment and ongoing updates, ensuring it effectively communicates our mission.Analytics & Continuous Improvement: Use analytics tools to assess content performance and optimize user experience.
Stay current on trends to keep our digital strategy relevant and innovative.About youYou're a digital innovator who understands the power of storytelling in creating change.
