Digital Content Enrichment – Team Lead
About the role:
The BGW Group is a group of companies that supply goods and services to a diverse array of industry and customer sectors. Our Support Office provides a number of essential functions for our national branch network and currently has an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated Digital Content Enrichment – Team Lead to join our Digital Team.
Reporting to the CMO, the role is based in Pinkenba, Brisbane but supports both a national and international marketplace. This is a challenging yet rewarding role within a fast-paced and expanding organisation. The ideal candidate:
An ability to uncover additional information by asking appropriate questions
A strong, consistent attention to detail
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and VBA Macros
An ability to grasp new technologies quickly
A team player with a willingness to contribute to the team key objectives
Experience dealing with a large variety of Stakeholders (ranging from internal staff and managers, through to external CFO's and CEO's)
A passion for delivering on your objectives and motivating your colleagues
Experience with SAP and their Commerce Suite
Proficient and experience with Process Management
Proficient and experience in running/ utilising Python
Proficient and experience in what a Marketing Mix entails
Completed prior SQL Training to an Intermediate Level
Hold a Bachelor of Business Administration
One to two years' experience in a similar role
Your principal accountabilities will include but are not limited to:
Supporting and driving the Groups digital engagement strategy. Ie.:
• Ensuring all required product enrichment data obtained loaded, facets, categorised and tested accordingly,
• Continually critique the UI/UX from a product data perspective,
• Conduct analysis on those that are not performing from an SEO perspective.
Ability to analyse your role to identify more effective and efficient ways to enrich all digital content on all sites.
Overseeing the content enrichment team and ensuring they are completing their allotted tasks on time and in full, whilst also training and upskilling where required.
Reporting back to the CMO and respective commercial teams on the enrichment teams progress.

Salary Range (Pending Experience)
$75,000 to $80,000 + Super
