Overview (Text Only) This position is responsible for supporting and executing the Foot Locker Pacific digital content strategy and roadmap.
The Digital Content Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of e-commerce operational tasks and duties, including site content management, CRO and quality assurance.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, highly flexible, and driven individual who can excel under pressure and tight time constraints.
This position will be responsible for delivering demand, CVR & ATC improvements through a multitude of tasks across the website relating to e-commerce marketing.
Responsibilities Digital content execution: Take ownership of content and path to purchase across Foot Locker Pacific's digital touchpoints including ecommerce websites and CRM.
Upload content daily through content management systems, and execute onboarding of up to 150 assets per week.
Become integral part of development of future personalization strategies across the website.
Digital Channel Management: Utilize multiple applications such as a content management system and personalization tool to manage day to day operations and continually evolve all digital touchpoints including ecommerce content, personalization, localization, UX, CRO and CRM.
Customer journey optimization: Work with current and new infrastructure to streamline processes, optimise digital touchpoints and advance the consumer experience.
Identify and resolve technical issues before they go out to the customer; follow-through until resolution is vital.
Ongoing QA and monitoring of website content and proper functionality.
Customer value enhancements: Take ownership of the customer journey, leaning into global roadmaps and building a localized roadmap for customer value enhancements.
Analysis and insights: Assist with Weekly and Monthly content reporting.
Investigate and report on trends, customer insights and performance to provide locally relevant, data-led insights and recommendations to the business.
Collaboration: Galvanize strong and impactful relationships with the Digital Operations & Merchandising team, external agencies, cross-functional colleagues, vendor partners and global colleagues based in Europe and North America.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or marketing Experience working in a collaborative or professional environment.
Superior verbal and written communication skills that can be applied inter/intra departmentally to obtain critical information from other teams or individuals.
Strong capacity for multi-tasking, organization, working independently and time management.
Candidates should be able to prioritize and maintain a high level of accuracy doing multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
An appreciation for and understanding of the Foot Locker customer and aesthetic.
A passion for retail and specifically ecommerce in today's marketplace.
In-depth computer literacy and internet proficiency.
Must be comfortable working with technical systems and troubleshooting web issues Competency with web-based product, content, or catalog management applications.
Understanding of global e-commerce website experiences Technical expertise to answer questions about or troubleshoot problems with the website.
Interest in utilizing data to make decisions.
