We're looking for a talented individual to join our team and enhance the digital presence of National Pharmacies. In this role, you'll manage and curate engaging digital content, ensuring it's presented in a captivating and commercially effective manner across all channels and platforms.
About the Role: Reporting to Digital Products and Services Manager, the Digital Content Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and administering content, updates, edits, and changes to the eCommerce store, National Pharmacies (NP) and National Pharmacies Distribution (NPD) websites, based on data and industry trends. You will Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and assist with enhancing the customer experience through website optimisation and continuous improvement of existing and new digital platforms.
The role is primarily based in the Adelaide CBD, however intrastate travel will be required from time to time.
In this role, you will: Update and manage website content in collaboration with internal teams. Add products to the eCommerce site and handle stakeholder approvals. Ensure accurate product information across eCommerce channels. Work with stakeholders to integrate systems for a smooth UX and CX. Create landing pages for promotional campaigns with Merchandise, Procurement, Marketing, and Digital teams. Improve UI, UX, and CX through ongoing website development. Create new pages and navigation options within platform constraints. Monitor market trends and competitor activity for improvement opportunities. Assist with troubleshooting and optimizing digital platforms and systems. About You The successful candidates will live our values and have energy and determination to succeed.

Previous website administration, content management and image editing (particularly Adobe Photoshop) experience is essential to be successful in this role.
Experience and knowledge of digital project management tools and user experience principles will be highly regarded.
