About The Role
We are looking for a skilled Digital Content Administrator to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing content across various platforms, including our consumer brand websites and B2B sales portal.
Reporting to the Digital Team Manager, your tasks will involve a wide range of content administration as well as stakeholder management, development of specifications and basic design tasks.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
Managing and uploading digital content, including product images and marketing material Sourcing, organizing, and editing content for various digital channels Performing image post-production and basic graphic design tasks B2B portal user management, administration and monitoring Collaborating with internal/external teams to ensure consistency and quality across all content Managing stakeholder relationships and facilitating communication across teams Triaging content and site related issues Scheduling tasks as well as coordinating or supporting small digital projects Assisting in User Experience (UX) reviews to help to optimize content layout and presentation Providing general digital administration support About You
You are a detail-oriented and proactive team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
You have the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You should have experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and the MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of website CMS, basic HTML/CSS, and familiarity with design tools like Figma is a plus.
Ideally, you will have at least 2 years of experience in content administration as part of a wider team.
