Occupation: Communications, Marketing and MediaReference: VG/C00468DRAbout UsCourt Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the 'Courts Group'.Our people enable the Courts Group to deliver on each jurisdictions own strategic priorities while also pursuing strategic opportunities that are interconnected and deliver benefits more broadly.About the RoleThis new role sits within a team of like-minded digital communications specialists that support each other. You will provide your digital communications expertise to the Courts Group, which includes Supreme Court of Victoria, County Court of Victoria, VCAT and Court Services Victoria.Reporting to the Senior Digital Communications Manager, you will liaise with all areas of the Courts Group to:Develop and publish online contentImplement content strategiesCoordinate website, social media and intranet operations and initiativesProvide insight from data analytics and researchAddress user needs and champion user experience (UX) principles in digital channelsThe Digital Communications Adviser plays a key role in ensuring first-time court users understand the legal system and are able to access information and services at the right time and place of their user journey.About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:Experience developing content for digital channels that align with best practiceWorking knowledge or experience with content management systems (Drupal, SharePoint or equivalent), multimedia software (Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop), Google Analytics and MailChimpStrong communications and engagement skills to liaise with a diverse set of stakeholders, including judicial officers and technical support providersDemonstrated experience with SEO, HTML and applying web accessibility standardsSolid analytical and problem solving skills to identify issues, and translate business and users needs into technical specificationsA hunger to keep learning and refining your digital skill set and knowledgeHow to applyClick the 'Apply Now' button, ensuring you include the following in your application:ResumeOther informationCSV is the employer of staff at Courts Group.
