About the job… We are seeking a highly motivated Digital & Commerce Marketing Executive to join our team at Novotel Surfers Paradise. This is a permanent part-time role offering four (4) days / thirty (30) Hours per week, 15 month contract Oct 2024 - Dec 2025.
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the role will be responsible for and implementing digital marketing and promotional activities in line with hotel goals and objectives.
The Amazing Opportunity… As a Digital & Commerce Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for:
Manage and update the hotel microsite and listing on ALLACCOR.comUpdating and ongoing maintenance of all owned digital platformsCopywriting for websites, digital advertisements, EDMs and other digital mediaMeasuring performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytics toolsAnalysing digital marketing results and sharing insights with the team to develop optimisation plansCreation of hotel collateral, signage and promotional materialsKeeping on top of digital trends and helping to identify new digital opportunitiesSupport the Director of Sales and Marketing, to plan and implement the overall digital marketing business planCoordination of influencer stays and photography shootsQualifications and Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in Digital MarketingMinimum 2 years' hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta and CRM softwareExperience in the hospitality industry and/or ACCOR is advantageousTertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications or related field highly regardedExceptional organisational and time management skills, with great attention to detailVibrant personality, professional and always well-presentedA positive 'can do' attitude and the ability to work within a team environmentMust have Australian work rightsSo, when will you be joining us?
