The Digital Campaign Manager role is part of a dynamic Digital Ad Operations team responsible for supporting the Sales team in executing digital advertising campaigns for some of Australia's most esteemed brands with a key focus on video inventory.
This is a LEAVE COVER role based in Sydney.
Functions will include:Campaign Management: manage and execute successful campaigns (campaign set up, monitoring, trafficking, optimisation, troubleshooting)Communication: liaise with internal and external stakeholders on campaign execution, providing updates, reports, and addressing any operational inquiries or concernsCreative quality checks: QA all creative that go live and ensure they are built to Paramount ad specifications.Troubleshoot: video/display creative, custom executions, campaign under performance, viewability, brand safety, site ad tagging etc.Optimisations: effectively work with Sales, Revenue, Tech, Data, Product and other internal teams to optimise campaigns to meet performance objectives and escalate delivery issues as necessaryRequired Administration duties, reporting, analysis, delivery of results, etc.What are we looking for in a Digital Campaign Manager? What's important?Previous experience in digital advertising operations or at least 2 years' experience in the media industryExperience of ad serving/tracking/booking technologies (such as Google AdManager/Freewheel/360, Sizmek, IAS, MOAT, DCM, Operative One, Salesforce)Familiarity with video, online display, mobile advertising, behavioral targeting and video encodingProficient in all Microsoft Office applications particularly ExcelStrong organizational, verbal and analytic skillsExcellent communication skills, follow through and exceptional interpersonal skillsAcute attention to detail with an 'innovation' mindsetA great team player, collaborative and open communicatorYou might also have:A tertiary degree in a relevant fieldKnowledge of Rich Media and HTML5, web page composition and analyticsKnowledge of audience measurement such as Nielsen DARExperience with Design systems such as Photoshop, DoubleClick Studio etc.Knowledge of Programmatic advertisingExperience with Content Management SystemsWhy Paramount?We could just list the numerous benefits our employees avail of every day.
