This role requires analytical thinking, strategic insight, and attention to detail.
Your responsibilities will include:
Directing, developing, and implementing digital marketing strategies for a variety of clientsAdding strategic value to Neon Treehouse's client portfolio across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertisingGuiding strategic decisions to enhance the online visibility of Neon Treehouse and its clientsSupervising and leading team members to ensure they receive the support needed to maximize our clients' digital marketing goalsManaging a team ensuring they meet their personal and professional goalsDeveloping and executing comprehensive digital advertising strategies aligned with business objectivesCollaborating with internal stakeholders to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs)Managing weekly client campaigns for optimizationEnsuring projects are completed on time and within budgetSetting up new campaigns and creating strategiesWorking with the CEO and Account Managers to evaluate and implement campaign improvementsCollaborating with the creative team to gain insights for producing better creative in future campaignsResearching the latest trends and insights from global resourcesDeveloping and managing audiences on platforms according to evolving personasYOUR APPLICATION Please submit your resume and cover letter.
