Digital Business Analyst

FinXL IT are seeking a Digital Business Analyst to join our team at a large financial services organisation, working on a large digital transformation. You'll be joining a high-performing team within a fast-paced environment to uplift their digital capabilities. The successful candidate will have the following requirements.
Requirements Senior Digital Business Analyst with a strong background in financial servicesExperience working on large, complex digital transformationsStrong knowledge of banking processes and customer journeysAgile tools such as JiraExcellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to speak to senior stakeholdersAgile certificationResponsibilities Analyse, document, and translate business requirements into user stories within an Agile frameworkCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital customer experiencesFacilitate Agile workshops, sprint planning, and retrospectivesEnsure compliance with banking regulatory standardsWhat's On Offer 12 months+, with a view to extend the contractLocated in Sydney CBDHybrid work mode to get your best work done!
