Our dedicated and agile team has expanded remarkably over the past year, and we're now poised to execute our innovative strategy.About the roleReporting to the Head of Digital and Payments, the Digital Banking Specialist is responsible for supporting implementation of the digital strategy and roadmap, open banking initiatives, and Member experience enhancements. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to align digital projects with business objectives and ensure seamless integration of new technologies.By joining our team, the Digital Banking Specialist will help shape the future of banking in the Hunter Region, contributing to a forward-thinking organisation that values innovation while nurturing our rich history.About youWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Banking Specialist to join our Digital, Technology & Payments team. You will be responsible for supporting the creation and implementation of our digital strategy, open banking initiatives, and member experience enhancements.The ideal candidate will have:Experience in Digital banking platforms including internet banking and banking appsKnowledge of the Australian open banking ecosystemExposure to the AUSPAYNET standards and the Australian payments landscapeExperience in finance, IT, or a related field, supported by a bachelor's degree or relevant certificationTrack record of successfully implementing digital strategies and enhancing member experienceExcellent analytical skills with a focus on innovation and forward-thinking solutionsAbility to work collaboratively within a team to drive projects to successful completionFamiliarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in digital bankingHow to applySubmit your application as soon as practicable.
