Digital Platforms is responsible for developing and executing on Commercial's digital origination and Commercial online banking strategy.
About the RoleThe Digital Banking Lead is responsible for the definition of ANZ Commercial's customer online banking strategy, in collaboration with leaders across the enterprise.
The successful candidate will execute on the digital strategy, leading a team and working with delivery partners to build digital banking experiences and drive Commercial customer adoption of these.

What will your day look like?This role is accountable for:
Creating shared clarity and alignment across the enterprise on Commercial's digital strategy and delivery roadmapLeading a squad through the delivery of a transformational program of workProgram management including feature prioritisation, risks, issues and dependency management, and financial management for the ProgramEnsuring industry best practice informs the digital banking strategyManaging the Commercial customer adoption of and engagement with digital experiences deliveredWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Influencing and Relationship Building: high level of influencing and negotiating skills including with Senior Executives by demonstrating a sophisticated repertoire of influencing techniques with the ability to adjust style to different contexts and audiences.Planning and Prioritisation: Planning and prioritising what needs to be done (including people, process and technology implications) in order to deliver upon customer/user needs and strategic priorities.
This includes identifying, planning for, tracking and resolving dependencies.Commercial acumen: The ability to take a big picture view of the organisation, the market, external and internal pressures and trends and identify actions or strategies to drive efficiency and create long-term value.Communication: The ability to convey and comprehend information effectively in both spoken and written formats.Data Interpretation: Using data and reporting to draw insights to problem solve and/or inform business or customer decisions.Digital Banking: An understanding of customer preferences, emerging trends and ANZ's digital banking offerings.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
