WHAT YOU'LL DO This is a rare opportunity to join a highly driven and successful Digital Audio team to help commercialise branded campaigns for clients across NOVA Entertainment's evolving digital and digital audio platforms, with a focus on live streaming, podcasting and product capabilities.
This role can be located in our Pyrmont or South Melbourne studios.
Key responsibilities: · Provide outstanding support services to the Digital Audio and Sales teams in achieving its goals and revenue for the business.
It involves a high level of attention to detail and accuracy with all tasks, whilst achieving expected turnaround times.
· Seamless delivery of client marketing and digital media solutions, and that all administrative processes (including Excel reporting) in this delivery are carried out efficiently and effectively · Support in the design and production of integrated and digital campaign pitches and recommendations · Collaborate with Content teams to deliver compelling editorial, video and audio commercial solutions for clients · Collaborate with Sales teams to provide digital product information, sales tools and commercial resources.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS · 2+ years' experience in an administration role within the digital media or advertising industry, however your passion and professionalism is what sets you apart · Intermediate to advanced MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint · Ability to deliver timely solutions and develop strong relationships with different levels of staff, senior management across the organisation, and external clients · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills · Ability to carry out duties autonomously, and work effectively in a team environment · Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative and results-driven, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to a changing landscape · Passionate about digital audio industry, in particular podcasting and trending content.
