Digital and Marketing Automation ExecutiveCM Value Added Services Pty Ltd – Adelaide SAWorking as part of a global telecommunication organisation to achieve business and brand objectives. The role will participate in the launch and establishment of global brands, specialising in marketing and communication automation, owned, earned and paid digital and social media platforms. Working cross-functionally to support operations with mission critical communications from our HubSpot CMS platform is a key part of this role. In addition to shaping our market presence, this position serves the global company as the digital and social media expert for all campaigns and will be operating within a matrixed reporting system with national and international stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the organisations marketing and communications campaigns to our global customer base.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as HubSpot SME in the businessSet up automated communications in HubSpotBuild communication templates in HubSpotLeverage CRM and marketing automation tools to create data-driven campaigns and customer journeysSend marketing and operational communications from HubSpotSupport the marketing function to oversee the entire paid digital marketing portfolio, ensuring optimal allocation based on performance metrics and strategic objectives daily.Manage and implement all search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase visibility and conversions through paid search efforts.Develop and execute digital and paid media strategies to maximise ROI spendConduct competitor review of digital and social media efforts to understand strategies and present back on best practice.Ensure copy is kept within the voice of the brand across all platforms.Escalate digital and social communications to operations and/or appropriate stakeholders.Manage and optimize campaigns, implementing adjustments based on performance insights.Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms: META and LinkedInSocial Media:Build a sharp, relevant editorial calendar to share across digital channels, ensuring a regular beat of quality storytelling and real-time contentCollaborate with the campaign manager to produce high-quality creatives, animation, and engaged contentStay up to date with the latest market, industry trends and developments and use your knowledge to inform our content strategyShare data-driven insights with immediate and wider teams, tracking customer journeys through our digital estate and optimizing for conversionMonitor social media conversation and public perception, pro-actively addressing issues that may impact the organisation's image and/or reputation.Customer HubSpot administration and digital marketing.Demonstrated Success: Proven track record in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies within the telecommunications industry.Digital Marketing: Strong background in digital marketing, including managing digital platforms, executing digital campaigns, and leveraging SEO and SEM strategies.Strong communication and numeracy
