As the Technical Consultant, you are accountable for the Client outcomes in terms of their marketing automation implementation or operations using Digital Alchemy's best practices and your expertise and abilities to solve client problems and meet client needs.
The role also provides technical pre-sales support including demonstrations of Adobe products such as Campaign Classic, Journey Optimizer, real-time CDP, and others.
You will plan, devise, and help our Clients understand the best ways to utilize marketing automation platforms and our services based on their needs and business requirements.
In the eyes of the Client, you are educating them on the capabilities of our services, driving incremental value to the Client's business.
Responsibilities: Understand client marketing requirements and problems and provide technical solutions including data problems and marketing challenges.Prepare and present technical demonstrations of Adobe Experience Platform products.Prepare and provide technical documentation such as specifications, requirements, and solution architecture as part of client projects.Be hands-on in implementing Adobe Experience Platform products.Develop and maintain key relationships with a portfolio of our Clients by delivering a range of innovative marketing solutions in a fast-paced environment.Deliver and present strategies and recommendations on the implementation of digital campaign platforms with confidence.Analyze client data, current campaigns, and insights to identify opportunities and areas for additional projects to add value.Keep up to date on new technologies, industry trends, and innovations to provide informed and relevant recommendations.Essential Skills: Degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related degree.Min 3 years experience working with end-to-end marketing campaigns and campaign management applications is desirable.Strong understanding of SQL and database relationship management, having worked with large and complex data sets.Experience operating Adobe Experience Platform products such as Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe Journey Optimizer.A background in managing multiple key projects or consultative work with a good track record of delivering success for client or agency's business is desirable.Pragmatic problem solver with a keen attitude to deliver business outcomes.Ability to learn quickly.Work both independently and collaboratively in gathering requirements with minimal supervision.Excellent written and oral communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
