Ideal skills and experience for this dynamic role are:5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, working across both corporate enterprises and remote digital teams (Australia/NZ), focused on delivering web and mobile app projects.
A passion for enthusiastically driving collaboration with client stakeholders to elicit business objectives for web and mobile projects in everyday language
Confidence in leading workshops and presentations for client stakeholders, both in person and remotely.
Strong diplomatic skills, able to navigate differing opinions and use data-driven insights and critical thinking to to conceive or help the team elicit alternate optimal project solutions that may not have been initially discussed.
Demonstrated experience in writing UX and technical tickets for digital teams and reviewing all tickets delivered to check that they meet your original brief
Broad technical understanding and ability to communicate effectively with web and mobile developers in their language. Familiarity with technologies like React Native, React JS, or Drupal CMS is a bonus.
Experience working within a digital agency that use Kanban and Scrum methodologies, and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence .
