What exactly does this role do?
This role is key to successfully managing Digital Audio and Display advertising campaigns.
In this role you will be part of a team that implements, monitors and troubleshoots ad campaigns across various digital platforms to ensure optimal performance and delivery.

Some specific tasks involved include: Execute on operational tasks relating to the trafficking and management of Digital Audio ad campaigns (these are ads created for our clients that are played on our various platforms including Podcasts, Nova Player and DAB+ stations) This includes across platforms such as Triton, Google Analytics and Display Networks.
Support the development of best practice and operational processes to support the Digital Audio AdOps function, this includes facilitating training when required.
Ensure accurate implementation of tracking tags and pixels to measure campaign performance (you will do this daily and proactively) Troubleshoot any issues related to ad delivery and tracking Data Analysis and reporting – you are a problem solver who naturally looks for process improvements.
Reporting is done both during a campaign (where you will liaise with various stakeholders keen to know how the campaign is going) and after a campaign has finished.
Successfully operate in an ever-changing environment, positively managing key partners and stakeholders – this includes working with your team mates and management in Commercial Sales, Digital Audio, Podcast Operations, the Partnerships Team and Inventory.
You will also be a key contact for clients.
Manage time like a magician, making sure tasks are executed in a timely way and maximum visibility is provided to key stakeholders.

Solid understanding and experience in digital advertising operations or advertising campaign delivery is desirable.
Previous experience with ad serving technology and other advertising management systems, knowledge and experience of DSP's, DMPs and ad servers is advantageous.
Experience with ad serving tech and other management systems such as Triton, Wordpress or Cheetah Demonstrated proficiency in and expertise in Office 365 applications Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, diligence and follow-through, and experience prioritizing multiple deadlines.

You are a self-starter, are goal oriented and have the ability to work well and at times autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Clear understanding of how to communicate and collaborate effectively, including engagement with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Exceptional learning and problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to communicate these clearly and support business goals.
