Digital Ads Manager

About the role We are looking for a creative, energetic, all-rounder superstar to join our Marketing team. You'll work closely with our sales team to drive and execute both digital and traditional marketing campaigns. This is a role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment but is also comfortable taking initiative and working independently. We're looking for someone who takes their work seriously but knows how to have fun and enjoys a good laugh along the way. 
Responsibilities Create strategic ad campaigns Implement and execute the overall marketing planDevelop communication materials, both digital and traditionalDevelop and create compelling content across social media channels (Instagram and Facebook) and manage these platformsLiaise with suppliers for new product releases and support campaign rolloutsCraft and distribute press releases, blogs, and digital newslettersOrganise and coordinate photography shootsWork with external marketing teams and media to manage press releases and opening events Develop award submissions to showcase our workPartner with the sales team to create lead generation and client retention strategiesThe main things we are looking for (in priority order) are as follows:  A positive 'can-do' attitudeHard-working & focusedA great communicatorAttention to detailOrganisedAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamTechnically savvy Desire to learnFlexibility & adaptability
