You will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and troubleshooting ad campaigns across various digital platforms to ensure optimal performance and delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Setup and ImplementationSet up and launch digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Triton, Google Analytics and Display NetworksEnsure accurate implementation of tracking tags and pixels to measure campaign performance.Monitoring and Optimization:Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and proactively optimize to meet key performanceIdentify and resolve issues related to ad delivery, tracking, and performance in a timely manner.Collaborate with relevant teams to address technical challenges and ensure smooth campaign execution.Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyze campaign data to provide insights and recommendations for improving performanceWeekly WIP meetings with your relevant Commercial Sales teamsGenerate and deliver regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and trends.Generate and deliver Post Campaign ReportingWork closely with key stakeholders, including Commercial Sales, Digital Audio Commercial Managers, Podcast Operations, Partnerships Team and Inventory Manager to ensure seamless campaign execution.Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, providing updates and insights on campaign performance.To be successful in this role you will ideally have:Proven experience in digital advertising operations, campaign management, or a related role.Familiarity with ad tech platforms, including DSPs, DMPs, and ad servers.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneouslyExperience (desired) with ad serving technology and other advertising management systems (Triton, Wordpress, Cheetah)Demonstrated proficiency in and expertise in Office 365 applicationsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, diligence and follow-through, and experience prioritizing multiple deadlines.Self-starter, goal oriented and ability to work well and at times autonomously in a fast-paced environment.Clear understanding of how to communicate and collaborate effectively, including engagement with a diverse range of stakeholders.Exceptional learning and problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to communicate these clearly and support business goals.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field – (not essential)Why you will love working at NovaFlexible workplace – our teams are in more often than not, however we do support a flexible workplaceAdditional leave days: Anniversary & Loyalty leave, Give back Leave, Mental Wellbeing daysAccess to Learning and Development programs & internal opportunities – all staff have access to LinkedIn Learning as well as other in-house training days.
