DescriptionDigital Acquisition & eCommerce Specialist Our Australia/New Zealand Consumer Touchpoint Team is looking for an experienced Digital Acquisition & eCommerce Specialist.
This role is a 12-month fixed term contract (parental leave cover).
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Acquisition & eCommerce Specialist to enhance the performance of our brand portfolio of Bosch, Siemens, Neff and Gaggenau appliances across online sales channels in Australia and New Zealand.
In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving executional excellence across various digital touchpoints, engaging in-market consumers and converting them into loyal customers.
You will drive our online marketing initiatives, with a focus on Search Engine Advertising (SEA), e-Retail optimization, and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) acquisition.
You will develop and execute initiatives aimed at increasing product reviews, improving our brand's presence on e-retailer sites and maximizing digital shopper acquisition.
In close alignment with our media buying agency, you will optimize paid digital acquisition campaigns across Google Search and Amazon Ads.
Skills And ExperiencesWhat you bring Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or a related field.2-4 years relevant work experience in consumer durables, appliance retailer marketing, agencies or similar industries.Consumer-first mindset with a strong focus on delivering impactful results.Experience in optimizing paid digital acquisition campaigns, such as Google Ads and Amazon Ads.Experience in e-retail marketing would be desirable.Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies.Strong project management skills for driving product reviews and tracking KPIs.Proactive work ethic with a strong drive to execute high-impact campaigns.Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset to partner with the broader Marketing team.Ability to coordinate discussions between internal stakeholders, including other Marketing teams and Sales team for enhanced brand presence and conversion.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.What we offer Opportunity to work in a dynamic team across Australia and New Zealand on a multi-brand portfolio of four well-established global brands.Hybrid work environment that values open communication, exchange of ideas and cross team collaboration.Access to learning and development programs and exposure to different business areas, including brand, product, sales and global stakeholders.Additional benefits such as income protection, flexible working arrangements, staff discounts, subsidized gym membership, subsidized on-site canteen, staff recognition program and excellent career development opportunities.To apply, please send your Resume and a Cover Letter addressing the key requirements of the role to
