About the Role
The purpose of the Account Manager is to deliver best in class strategic thinking and innovation for our client's businesses and brands. This role is responsible for leading the account management and communication of several key clients across the group. The role will liaise with team members across the group and work closely with the Head of Digital, performance team and group's Head of Strategy on key client campaigns and initiatives.
Responsibilities
Deliver campaigns from end to end, being across briefing, response, implementation and deliverables.
Lead retained clients from end to end delivering revenue and receiving positive feedback from all stakeholders.
Create, concept, and present media and performance strategies and integrated marketing campaigns aligned to our clients' media or communications strategy.
Clearly define and set goals and benchmarks that align to our clients' business needs and can be tracked over time.
Understand and use proprietary and third-party tools to help derive insights.
Oversee and understand analytics, performance, trends, competitor behavior and best practices to optimize and fuel new strategies where relevant.
Work with team members to develop and design solutions reactively and proactively.
Be responsible for the deliverables on all campaigns.
Understand broader channel implications across reach and performance media and how they can be optimized to align to and maximize insights, opportunities, and distribution.
Qualifications
Remain up to date and informed on partner platform features and new ad formats (Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, Meta (FB & IG), TikTok and more).
Help to develop case studies at the completion of key campaigns.
Use expertise to drive additional revenue growth opportunities for their client portfolio outside of briefed projects.
Previous experience in Digital Media.
An understanding of data and insights.
An understanding of various analytics tools.
A solid understanding of search.
GMP tools knowledge is an advantage but not essential.
Ability to work within Project Management platforms where required.
