Requirements: Have a passion for inclusivity andaccessibility. Have solid knowledge of WCAG. Understand how to embed accessibilitythrough all stages of the software Development lifecycle in an agile way. Ability to collaborate with the designers,developers, testers, content writers, BAs, product managers, businessstakeholders, communicate accessibility requirements when delivering accessibledigital products and services. Love learning as much as teaching andhelping others build capability too. Demonstrate Independence, motivation andtimely production of high-quality work. Embrace solid communication between you andyour team. Have a collaborative, problem solvingattitude. Generous with your time for others anddisplay passion, pragmatism and empathy.
