Hydrotrac Mining Services is looking for dedicated and skilled Digger Specialists to join our team at various Tier 1 mine sites across Western Australia.Why Join Us:We offer a family-friendly roster that allows you to enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with various work rosters available.We are committed to your career growth, providing training and development opportunities to help you advance.Our supportive environment ensures you are part of a family-oriented and team-focused organisation.We pride ourselves on our great work culture, where your contribution truly matters.About the Role:We are looking for dedicated and skilled Digger Specialists to join our team working on various mine sites within regional Western Australia where you will perform a variety of tasks, including:Conducting repair and maintenance works on heavy earthmoving and mining equipment in both our workshop and infield as required.Performing hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical fault finding and diagnosing complex faults.Producing detailed diagnostic reports while keeping accurate records of work completed and parts used.Rebuilding and shutdown work.About You:Australian recognised Trade Certification in Heavy Diesel Mechanical, Mobile Plant or equivalent.Previous experience working in maintenance and repair of mobile plant equipment.High Risk Work Licence – Elevated Work Platform (EWP) and Forklift (LF) (desirable).Intermediate skill level in the use of Microsoft Office products.Skills and Attributes:Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills along with the ability to make decisions under pressure.Strong commitment to safety and workplace health and safety standards.Must have full Australian working rights and reside within Western Australia.If this sounds like the role for you, please submit your resume and cover letter outlining your experience and suitability to the role by clicking the "Apply" button, or to find out more about the role, contact Michelle at (email protected) .Applicants for this role may be subject to a Pre-Employment check which includes a full medical assessment with a drug and alcohol screening.Please note, only short-listed candidates will be contacted for further assessment.
