We are seeking an energetic and mechanically minded person to be a point of contact for our customers and dealers alike, assisting with their spare parts enquiries and contributing to the effective and efficient operations of the service department in the Wetherill Park branch.
Reporting to the NSW Factory Manager, you will work closely with our Service and Sales departments Australia wide.
We are seeking someone who has the ability to multitask, works well under pressure, has the highest level of attention to detail and who thrives on customer interaction and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities include: Coordinate all aspects of the Service and after sales department Answers phone calls and actions customer enquiries Attend to walk in customer queries Interpret spare parts calls Coordinate service work between the service technicians Investigate complaints and resolve problems Monitor inventory levels within the branch Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and respond to technical enquiries Monitor distribution of products/services to ensure alignment with customer expectations Experience in the following would be advantageous: Previous experience in spare parts and/or service within a similar industry Understanding of mechanical, hydraulic systems Proficient in Microsoft applications – outlook/excel/word Confident in building rapport with internal and external stakeholders Highly motivated, and ability to work autonomously Excellent customer service skills both over the phone and face to face Ability to analyse and solve issues as they arise (troubleshoot) Highly organised and well presented Reliability and strong work ethic required Company Benefits: Opportunities for career progression and additional training Free EAP service for staff and their families Fitness App Exclusive offers for well-known/leading brands and company's Wellbeing toolkits Assessments and support programs covering Financial, Mental, Physical and Social Wellbeing Staff events such as company BBQs, Christmas Parties etc Whilst not essential to the role, a mechanical trade qualification or equivalent on the job experience would be highly regarded.
