More Information & Position Description via this link: About the Role: The Integrated Primary Care (IPC) program focuses on ensuring access to allied health services in the primary health care space across the Yorke Peninsula, parts of the Mid and Lower North, Southern Fleurieu Peninsula and KI.
This role will work as part of a specialist multidisciplinary allied health team to support the physical health of people with chronic medical conditions and risk factors for disease.
The Dietitian will be responsible for delivering chronic disease management and prevention services for clients accessing the IPC program.

Experience Requirements: Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment.
