This role will support the multidisciplinary team on a casual ad-hoc basis.
Key functions include: Act as a valued member of an interdisciplinary team by promoting a professional and positive team culture.Demonstrate professional practice by working according to Healthscope's policies and processes.Support Healthscope's safety and quality improvement and compliance with the National Safety & Quality Healthcare Standards.Conduct comprehensive, individualised nutrition assessments and provide tailored advice and therapy.Work collaboratively with the broader healthcare team to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.About You You will be professional with excellent interpersonal skills, a patient-centric focus, highly developed customer service skills, and the ability to prioritise and organise work, with minimal supervision.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Tertiary qualification in Nutrition & Dietetics and current registration as an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) with Dietitians Australia.Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an acute adult clinical setting.Have a strong commitment to patient-centred care and delivering exceptional service.About Us Located near King's Park, Mount Private Hospital is Western Australia's leading private provider of Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery supported by the largest private Critical Care Unit (CCU).
