Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Dietitian looking for a new and exciting position?
Gold Coast Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Dietitian to join our Allied Health team on a part-time basis, 22 hours per week. We are seeking applicants with flexibility to work across the 7 days of the week to meet the needs of the roster including rostered shifts, planned leave cover, and emergent leave cover. Our hospital offers a friendly and supportive staff environment, with our established multidisciplinary teams servicing both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs. This role provides the opportunity to experience a varied caseload across general medical, ICU, cardiac, and a world-class bariatric program.

With 22 operating theatres, Gold Coast Private Hospital offers a wide range of specialties including, but not limited to, 24/7 Emergency Care, Medical Services, Orthopaedics, Bariatrics, Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery, ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat), General Surgery, Obstetrics, Cardiac Care, and Oncology.

As a Dietitian your responsibilities will include: Providing evidence-based nutritional assessment and management of patientsDemonstrating sound clinical reasoning and best practice dietary prescriptionContributing to the multidisciplinary care of our patientsInvolvement with both inpatient and outpatient servicesMinimum Requirements: Bachelor in Nutrition and Dietetics (or equivalent)Current member of Dietitian Association of AustraliaAcute hospital experienceExceptional time management and communication skillsAbility to work autonomouslyAbility to work within a multidisciplinary teamCommitment to ongoing education and the provision of evidence-based practiceAuthority to Work in AustraliaWhy Healthscope?
