Gold Coast Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Dietitian to join our Allied Health team on a casual basis covering weekends and weekday relief. We are seeking applicants with flexibility to work across the 7 days of the week to meet the needs of the roster including rostered shifts, planned leave cover and emergent leave cover. Our hospital offers a friendly and supportive staff environment, with our established multidisciplinary teams servicing both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs. This role provides the opportunity to experience a varied caseload across general medical, ICU, cardiac and a world-class bariatric program.

As a Dietitian your responsibilities will include: · Providing evidence-based nutritional assessment and management of patients
· Demonstrating sound clinical reasoning and best practice dietary prescription
· Contributing to the multidisciplinary care of our patients
· Involvement with both inpatient and outpatient services
Bachelor in Nutrition and Dietetics (or equivalent) Current member of Dietitian Association of Australia Acute hospital experience Exceptional time management and communication skills Ability to work autonomously Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to ongoing education and the provision of evidence based practice Authority to Work in Australia Why Healthscope?
