About the role South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a Grade 1 Dietitian to work across at our Warrnambool service to achieve discipline outcomes and best practice. While working within our highly skilled and supportive multi-disciplinary department, the role focuses on providing effective and efficient evidence-based Nutrition services to patients.
The positions responsibilities include but are not limited to; accurately assessing and implementing appropriate clinical management for patients, prioritising and managing a caseload effectively and maintaining statistics and records. The workload includes Inpatient services, Community and Outpatient services.
Position overview Fulltime (40 hours per week), Fixed-term position until May 2025Warrnambool CampusWhat you bring Applicants should hold appropriate tertiary qualifications and be eligible for membership as an Accredited Practising Dietitian. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate well-developed organisational, communication skills, clinical skills and an ability to work in partnership with others. A current valid driver's licence is required. Both recently graduated and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.
