Duties and Responsibilities
This role involves a variety of dietitian services provided to clients funded by HCP, CHSP and STRC programs; and/or NDIS participants. The case load can be tailored to your preferences: Demonstrate advocacy of Vivir Core Values.
Assessments of nutrition and dietary requirements for clients with a wide range of disabilities and impairments.
Supporting dietary requirements for persons with difficulty swallowing and chewing, bowel and intestinal issues and complex co-morbidities.
Development of individual, evidence-based treatment plans and goals to address any deficits identified in these areas ensuring best practice and the client's individual person-centered plan.
Communicate assessed needs clearly and precisely to the client and the funding organization within appropriate time frames.
Skills and Qualifications Member of Dietitian Association of Australia (DAA), with Provisional or Full APD (Accredited Practising Dietitian) status.
Drivers' license and reliable vehicle
Professional indemnity insurance, or willingness to obtain
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain
2023 Flu Vaccine Certificate, or willingness to obtain
COVID vaccine certificate, or willingness to obtain
