About You Enthusiastic about Learning: Your passion lies in expanding your knowledge of exercise physiology.Flexible: Quick to adapt and face challenges with resilience.Dedicated & Passionate: Your commitment to health and fitness motivates you to support clients in achieving success.Creative: You bring innovative and intelligent ideas to the table.Balanced & Professional: You maintain a mix of fun and professionalism in your approach.Networking Enthusiast: Excited to learn and implement networking skills to build professional relationships and enhance the clinic's visibility.Client-Centered: Your focus is on delivering exceptional client care.Strong organizational abilities, adept at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Open to working with NDIS and Aged Care clients both on and off-site.Comfortable working independently.The Role: Collaboration: Engage in regular consultation, mentoring, and clinical case reviews with other healthcare providers to optimize patient care.Clinical Provision: Deliver evidence-based dietetic assessments, interventions, education, and management to support patients throughout their journey.Formulation: Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop holistic management plans that address patients' individual strengths and challenges.Essential Criteria: Bachelor in Nutrition and Dietetics, Bachelor of Science, Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics or equivalent with current membership with Dietitians Association of Australia (DA) with Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status or working toward APD status.Demonstrated experience and expertise in clinical nutrition, nutrition education, health promotion, nutritional support, paediatrics, or rehabilitation.An understanding and commitment to the principles of community health, including working with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.Excellent communication, negotiation, organisational, and time management skills with the ability to liaise with multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of services to the community.Strong technical skills with the ability to adapt to new platforms and client management systems.Minimum of 2 years dietetic experience.Please email your CV to Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
