Applications from all experience levels, from fresh graduates to seasoned experts, are encouraged.
As part of a supportive, diverse, and multidisciplinary team, you'll provide dietetic services in collaboration with a range of specialists. You'll get to treat based on clinical need without the barriers that are often present in private practice funding, offering long-term treatment and prevention strategies.

You will learn about other health disciplines' roles, holistic health care and existing referral pathways to maximize care and clinical outcomes for clients.NWRH aims to nurture clinicians through supporting extensive professional development, career growth and leadership prospects.Day-to-day responsibilities will include: Clinical and health promotionProvide high quality, evidence based clinical dietetic advice across the lifespan and broad range of clinical presentations, including but not limited to chronic disease management, IBS/IBD, weight management, allergy and intolerance, paediatric growth and neurodiversity, malnutritionNavigate clinical service delivery and key performance indicators by utilising a range of funding bodies, including NDISParticipate in the planning and implementation of outreach community education and health promotion activitiesQuality improvement Participate in quality improvement initiatives to maintain and improve clinical standardsActively engage with senior staff and management to report gaps in service delivery and propose innovative solutions to problemsCommunication and stakeholder engagement Provide reliable and consistent correspondence to referrers, including GP's, to report diet-related goals and objectivesLiaise with a range of community organisations to support integrated and holistic service deliveryWork collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionalsNew Graduates are encouraged to apply! Successful candidates will receive an attractive remuneration package starting from $78,000 (commensurate with experience) + super and a host of further benefits including:
Salary sacrificing options up to $15,900;Leave loading of 17.5%;Partnership with Health Workforce QLD to support professional development costsConsistent clinical support and supervisionYou must have the right to live and work in Australia to be considered for this role. You will be required to travel by road and/or in small planes to communities distant from your catchment area on a regular basis, so must be comfortable with this aspect of the role.
A 'C' Class Driver's License (Manual preferred) is also an essential requirement.
