Supportive ManagementFull time role based in North TurramurraCertificate IV in NutritionOur team works together to provide safe and clinically appropriate nutrition from food, beverages and specialised nutrition products to hospital patients.
As a Dietetic Supervisor your responsibilities will include: Collection of meal orders for the patientsCollation of food orders for patientsPreparation & stock control of supplement orders for the patientsChecking of food service trays for the lineFollowing up on diet issuesLiaising with the dietitians to ensure nutritionally balanced meals for our patientsAny other reasonable requests by the Catering Services ManagerYou will bring to our high-performing team: Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirementsDietary knowledge and diet code knowledgeTrack record of providing great service and customer experienceDemonstrate a great work ethic and attention to detailAbility to work autonomously as well as in a team environmentPassionate about delivering exceptional customer serviceRespect and work well with others to achieve goalsAct with integrity and show care for the people you work withEmbrace change and seek ways to improve serviceMotivated by personal growth and accountabilitySelection Criteria: Certificate IV in Nutrition & Dietetics or equivalentDemonstrated understanding and application of support to clinical dietitiansExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong focus on patient care and customer serviceAbility to follow diet protocols and safe operating proceduresStrong computer skills and experience in quality improvementAbility to work to strict deadlinesAbout us: Set on the edge of the beautiful Ku-ring-gai National Park, Lady Davidson Private Hospital in North Turramurra is one of the largest private dedicated rehabilitation hospitals in Australia.
