Job Description Your New Opportunity: We have a full time , permanent career opportunity for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Townsville .
You will be carrying out servicing across our diverse range of premium brands and getting hands-on within a dynamic team environment.
Diverse service work including diagnosis, servicing and minor/major repairs.
Actively contribute towards an ongoing improvement culture in the safety, quality and productivity of the team.
Provide great customer service.
Carry out hands on service work in both the workshop and field environments.
About You: Trade qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic and/or industry experienced Light Vehicle Mechanic with an interest upskilling as a Diesel Mechanic.
Consideration will be given to experienced Automotive Technicians.
Experience in maintaining, servicing and repairing either engines, light vehicles, heavy vehicles or heavy equipment.
Knowledge and experience in American and European Heavy Vehicles product line is desirable.
Practical working knowledge of the operation of appropriate machinery, tools and equipment.
Ability to work unsupervised and follow instructions.
