Key Responsibilities:Experience with parts interpretingGood knowledge of engine components - preferably dieselEstablishing & maintaining good customer relationsEnthusiasm for meeting customers' needsExcellent telephone mannerA knowledge of computer systems would be an advantage but not essential.
Full training will be supplied to the successful applicant.
