We are seeking experienced Diesel Mechanic Technicians to join our dynamic workshop team based in Perth.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Deliver first-class service to our customersComplete repairs and maintenance of heavy diesel productsDiagnose and repair Cummins enginesEngine rebuilding and reconditioningEnsure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues/incidents to the SupervisorComplete required documentation, such as service worksheets, warranty claims, quality forms or business system input screens.To be successful in this role you will possess the following: WA driver's licenceMechanical trades qualified as Heavy Diesel Mechanic, Light vehicle mechanic or plant mechanic (light/heavy/engine reconditioning)Experience as a technician in the service and maintenance of heavy diesel productsIdeally possess engine repair, rebuild or reconditioning experience.Safety Focused and the ability to work effectively in a team environmentCompensation and Benefits Flexible roster options - 9 day fortnight, 8 day fortnightCompetitive hourly rate for applicants with proven experience$5,000 sign on bonusFurther training and career development opportunitiesParticipation in an annual variable compensation (bonus) programIncome Protection continuance insuranceDiscounts with select private health insurancePC software/hardware, and a range of vehiclesAnnual remuneration reviewsSafety equipment/PPE and uniforms provided and a range of personal and professional benefitsAt Cummins, we are an equal opportunity employer dedicated to diversity in the workplace.
