Overtime and Monthly performance bonuses additional to base salary range can see qualified technicians earning $100,000 - $160,000. About the role Working at Hutcheon and Pearce you will find yourself working on a variety of Agricultural Machinery both large and small and with changing seasons bringing different needs in the agricultural space you will often find yourself taking on new challenges and learnings. Performing service, repairs and maintenance of all machinery and equipment (both in the workshop and on client farms). Diagnosing and interpreting machine faults to get our customers back up and running. Managing and maintaining service records for machinery. Providing technical advice and support to customers and other service technicians. About you As the successful applicant you will be: Capable: sound knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to work independently. Strong teamwork and communication skills to get the job done. Organised: outstanding time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads to ensure we meet our customer deadline.
