Diesel Mechanic

Waste Stream Management specialises in the recycling and disposal of materials from the civil construction sector.We Deliver comprehensive range of associated services and products including recycling steel and concrete disposal of non recyclable product to landfill, extractive industry incorporating sand, limestone and gravel mining and licensed asbestos disposal.We are experiencing significant growth and require an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team.
You will be responsible for maintaining our fleet of earthmoving, recycling and processing machinery and equipment.
*Managing and performing scheduled maintenance services including oil changes, lubrications and engine tune-ups*Dismantling, repairing and replacing worn and defective parts*Reassembling mechanical components, testing and adjusting post repair*Inspecting vehicles to ensure compliance with relevant machinery standards *Achieving maximum operational efficiency of the assets *Ensuring minimal environmental impact of machinery and equipment *Filling in as operator if required
