Your new role Centurion is currently seeking an experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our team at the Wangaratta depot.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting mechanic repairs and performing maintenance on our fleet of prime movers, log loaders, and trailers.
Culture & benefits Wangaratta location Modern spacious workshop with heated floor Full time, permanent position with a 38 hour working week RIPPA values-driven company with a serious safety culture Career development with extraordinary opportunities on a national scale Employee Wellness Programs where employee health and wellbeing are put first Tasks and responsibilities Effectively diagnose and find faults in the mechanical assessment of machinery for repair, maintenance and service Servicing for all fleet, including trucks, trailers, log loaders and motor vehicles in accordance with the maintenance procedure and workshop manual Replacement of brakes, suspension components and steering systems Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately Who we are looking for Trade qualified Mechanic Exposure working with heavy vehicles / machinery (desirable however training will be provided) Experience with Log trailers/EBS systems, Log loaders/hydraulics Ability to work autonomously and in a team Who is Centurion?
