They are a market leader with a reputation for product excellence and specialize in truck mounted EWP's, crane borers and vehicle loading cranes. What's in it for you? Well organised workshop with structured work processes and timelines Relaxed team environment Key Responsibilities Carry out scheduled servicing and repairs, including long term maintenance of diesel trucks and plant (ewp,booms,cranes winches) Complete tasks with the utmost precision, meeting deadlines consistently Conduct vehicle inspections and assessments as necessary and complete the required documentation Foster a clean, safe work environment with an emphasis on continuous improvement Routine and specialist diagnosis of vehicle/plant failures and implement resolutions Participate in routine administrative matters (team meetings, communications, planning and Tool Box sessions) Identify and/or make recommendations or implement opportunities to continuously improve workshop operations Skills & Experience Full qualifications as a Diesel Mechanic Exeperience working with hydralics Energetic and positive "can-do" attitude Driven and passionate about the job Excellent communication skills Hardworking and punctual Able to work both independently and as part of a team Strong focus on teamwork Proven experience in a similar workshop role This is a company dedicated to supporting their people, rewarding successes and helping individuals grow!!!!
