Job DescriptionPosition DescriptionAerotech is seeking a Mechanic to support the growing fleet of speciality vehicles and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) required to run our maintenance facility in Alice Springs.The types of equipment that will be the responsibility of the GSE Mechanic are:Forklifts (LPG)All-Terrain Vehicles (4-Stroke Unleaded)Scissor Lifts (Diesel and Electric Powered)Aircraft jacks (axle and tripod), serviceable up to 150 tonThe Mechanic will also manage the ongoing maintenance associated with the commercial vehicle fleet (comprising of Toyota Hilux/Hiace).RequirementsCandidate RequirementsCandidates will have at least 5 years of experience as a qualified mechanic and the following personal and professional traits:Exceptional work ethicPractical outlook without compromising attention to detailStrong organisational skillsAbility to work as part of a team as well as independentlyBe fluent in English (written and spoken)NO VISA APPLICANTSAerotech Aviation Pty Limited (APAS)Alice Springs, Alice Springs & Central Australia NT#J-18808-Ljbffr
